CazVid announces the release of a new version with new features for its free worldwide recruiting app and ATS, further streamlining and simplifying the recruiting process.
TEMPE, Arizona – [11/9/2024] – today, CazVid has announced the release of a new version with new and improved features for their AI-powered applicant tracking system (ATS) and video resume app, while further streamlining recruitment workflows. The update includes 4 new key features: the CazVid Quick Apply, AI Recommendations, External Contacts, and Contact Information Access.
“We are extremely excited to release this new and improved ATS”, says Yuvi Shmul, founder and CEO of CazVid. “The CazVid quick-apply feature for example, accessed and managed in the ATS, enables employers to receive and organize applicants in one centralized dashboard with complete information. We are designing the most user friendly ATS out there and keeping it free for employers worldwide,” Shmul added.
With the Quick Apply, candidates can review job offers, and apply directly through an application form, submitting their video resumes, written resumes, motivation letters, and contact details. Once a candidate applies, a complete applicant record is automatically added to the hiring manager’s list as a new applicant.
With the new update, hiring managers receive AI-powered recommendations that align to the profile described in the job post. The hiring manager can then save the best recommendations in their ATS for future reference and give feedback to refine and improve the AI’s functionality.
The external contacts feature enables hiring managers to upload their own external contacts to CazVid. Completing their database and enriching any missing information, providing a seamless integration between CazVid and external resources.
Also, employers can now access contact information from candidates, including written resumes, contact information, LinkedIn profiles to accompany their video resumes. Candidates can use their privacy settings to manage what information is shared with employers.
In addition to CazVid’s regular advanced search, the new full-text candidate search allows employers to search beyond job titles. Hiring managers can now filter candidates by descriptions, video content, written resumes, and keywords. Enabling searches based on experience, certifications, qualifications, education and more.
